Our current subscription plan is at its test phase. We are trying to scope the market regarding news consumers paying for content. During the test phase, we will be charging Rs 10 for one-day (24 hour) access to our premium section called The Eighth Column. There is no option for cancellation or refund for this nominal amount.
As we move to setting up subscription service for longer duration such as for six months or one year, we intend to provide full refund if the service is cancelled within a specified time after purchase. If cancellation is requested after that period of time, there will be a pro-rata reduction in the refund amount.
