DMK has once again asked party cadres not to will not put banners, cut-outs and digital boards where it conducts public meetings or approach roads to the public meetings. It has said such such ads and inconvenience the public and commuters. A party press release pointed out that the party working president M K Stalin had said this even when he assumed his party position. While most party workers have followed the instructions, a few continue to put up such ads. Stalin had learned that such ads were put up at a recent public meeting held in Anna Nagar.
He has directed the concerned party functionaries to help restored damaged access roads. Party functionaries, on their part, have followed the instructions. The press release says that party functions can be advertised in one or two prominent places.
